Ross Helps Students Dress for Success

It is such a joy to witness social responsibility at the corporate level; and in the fall of 2017, Ross Dress for Less located in Bartlesville applied one of its core beliefs by supporting their local community. Through a grant, Ross gifted the Tri County Tech Foundation with $500 in gift cards to aid students in need.  Some of the classes students are enrolled in here at TCT require the student to complete the equivalent of internship hours; and the student is often required to dress professionally when completing this portion of their education.  This may include visiting hospitals where interaction with patients takes place, or it may involve a student fulfilling their role as a teacher’s aide in a classroom setting.  In each instance, dressing the part matters.  TCT Foundation employees were privileged to accompany several fortunate and deserving students to Ross Dress for Less where they assisted putting together several outfits that would meet professional dress code requirements.  We at TCT are very appreciative of Ross’ dedication to building confidence in our students and contributing to our community in such a practical way.
