Karen Leinen is a senior analyst in Bartlesville Community Relations for ConocoPhillips. She joined the company in 2006, after spending the previous 10 years with the Bartlesville Development Corporation. Karen is a member of the Bartlesville Leadership Team for ConocoPhillips. A Bartlesville resident for more than 35 years, Karen is active in the community. In addition to the Tri County Tech Foundation, she serves on the boards of the Bartlesville Regional United Way and the Samaritan Counseling and Growth Center. She is the former president of the Service League of Bartlesville and has held leadership roles for the Bartlesville Civitan Club. Karen assists many other non-profit organizations throughout the community as well. In 2018, Karen was presented with one of the Bartlesville Regional United Way’s most prestigious honors – its annual Spirit Award. She is a former Civitan of the Year also. Karen is a graduate of the Leadership Bartlesville program. Karen enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Jim, as well as their three grown children and seven grandchildren. She is active in the women’s ministry programs at her church.
